  • 1 lb of ground beef
  • 2 cups breadcrumbs
  • 3 cloves garlic
  • 1/2 sweet onion
  • 2 eggs
  • 1/4 cup olive oil
  • 3 tablespoons soy sauce

Teriyaki Sauce Ingredients:
Instructions:
  1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees.
  2. In a large bowl, mix all of the meatball ingredients thoroughly; ground pork, ground beef, breadcrumbs, minced garlic cloves, minced onion, eggs, oil, soy sauce, parsley, salt, and pepper.
  3. Form the meat mixture into 1-2 inch balls and line them on a baking sheet. Bake in your preheated oven for 30 to 45 minutes until they reach a minimum internal temperature of 165° F.
  4. In a sauce pan over medium heat, whisk 2 cups of water with the soy sauce, brown sugar, sesame oil, minced garlic, grated ginger, and Wabanaki Maple's Whisky Barrel Aged Maple Syrup.
  5. In a separate bowl, thoroughly mix 4 tablespoons of cornstarch into 1/2 cup of water. Once the teriyaki sauce mixture is heated, slowly stir the cornstarch and water until the sauce thickens.
  6. Serve the meatballs and sauce with rice and stir-fried vegetables or as a stand alone appetizer!
