I am 70 years old, living in Vermont, and I have to say that this is the best maple sugar we have tasted since I was a kid. Just the right consistency and flavor! It's summer, so mostly we are using it to dust our ice cream. when winter rolls around it will be a staple with our baking! Thank you.

I wasn’t sure if I’d like maple syrup that was aged in oak, but I was pleasantly surprised. It is amazing, and a step above regular maple syrup. Highly recommended!
WOW!! At first i smelled it and loved the smokey fragrance, then i tasted it with my teaspoon and was delighted by the taste, with the little bit of heat it gave, actually think this is our favourite. Might b getting more and giving them out! Keeping my 2 bottles though!!
