The Traditional maple syrup product is the best I've ever had. I gifted a bottle to each of our three children. Will definitely reorder future supplies.
Decided to have a little taste test so purchased a selection of Wabanaki Maple Syrup. Just to be fair, included some friends along with family in the taste test.
With out little sample spoons, we dipped into the golden syrup, twisted the spoons so not a drop was wasted then rolled it around our mouths so all tastebuds could weigh in on the decision.
We then "scored" the syrup with our custom rankings (taste, richness, what it would pair best with). While all Wabanaki Syrup tastes fantastic, our 'pairing" list for Barrel Aged Bourbon Maple Syrup was the longest!
The only sad part is how quickly it was eaten but I know where I can get more.
Bourbon Maple Syrup adds that special bit of tastiness to morning cup of coffee and downloaded the recipe for Marinated Candied Salmon. trust me, you will love it!

I'm ordering maple syrup from Wabanaki Maple for about two years for now. All orders arrived in time and perfectly packaged. I cannot decide which variety is best, all have a lovely, slight different aroma, the classic and the Elderberry infused ones are on the top list. This is the maple syrup product I use at my house and when I want to gift friends and family. It isn't overly sugary nor too thick, but smooth and light--as good maple syrup should be. Wabanaki was also attentive when my order was delayed and made sure it arrived on time. Very recommended.
