- ½ oz Wabanaki Maple, Toasted Oak Barrel-Aged Maple Syrup
- 1 ½ oz Bourbon
- ½ oz Fresh lime juice
- 2 oz Fever Tree ginger beer
1. Combine maple syrup, bourbon, & lime juice in a shaker with ice; shake gently.
2. Strain into a rocks glass over ice.
3. Top with ginger beer.
4. Garnish drink with a lime wheel floated on top.
