Maple Vinaigrette

Maple Vinaigrette:
  • 3 tbsp 45 ml Wabanaki Barrel Aged Bourbon Maple Syrup
  • 3 tbsp 45 ml Rice Vinegar
  • 1 tbsp 15 ml Grainy Dijon Mustard
  • 3 tbsp 45 ml Olive Oil
  • ½ tsp 2.5 ml Lemon Zest
  • to taste Salt & Black Pepper

Maple Vinaigrette:

  • Combine maple syrup, rice vinegar, grainy mustard, olive oil, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
  • Whisk all ingredients together and season with salt & black pepper; set aside.
