Maple Vinaigrette
Maple Vinaigrette:
- 3 tbsp 45 ml Wabanaki Barrel Aged Bourbon Maple Syrup
- 3 tbsp 45 ml Rice Vinegar
- 1 tbsp 15 ml Grainy Dijon Mustard
- 3 tbsp 45 ml Olive Oil
- ½ tsp 2.5 ml Lemon Zest
- to taste Salt & Black Pepper
Maple Vinaigrette:
- Combine maple syrup, rice vinegar, grainy mustard, olive oil, and lemon zest in a small bowl.
- Whisk all ingredients together and season with salt & black pepper; set aside.
