Maple Ginger Sauce

  • 1/4 cup soy sauce or tamari

  • 1/4 cup maple syrup

  • 2 tbs sesame oil

  • 2 tsp finely grated ginger or 1 tsp ginger powder

  • 1 tsp minced garlic or 1/2 tsp garlic powder

  • 1tsp cornstarch or arrowroot powder (to thicken - leave out until using if storing in the fridge before hand)

  • Add 1/4 cup water to make more of a stir-fry sauce - leave out if its just a glaze.
