Holiday Cocktail with Barrel Aged Bourbon Maple Syrup

Indulge in the spirit of the holiday season with this simple and flavourful cocktail, perfect for your next holiday gathering! Featuring our Barrel Aged Bourbon Maple Syrup, this drink brings together the rich flavours of bourbon, citrus, and the aromatic blend of cloves and cinnamon. 




  1. In a tin add the orange, clove and cinnamon sticks. Muddle together.
  2. Add the egg whites, gin and maple syrup to tin and dry shake* for 30 seconds. 
  3. Open the shaker, add ice and shake for another 30 seconds. 
  4. Double strain into a chilled martini glass. Top with dehydrated orange, candied orange or orange skin, and a shaving of cinnamon.  


*A “dry shake” refers to shaking ingredients in a cocktail shaker without ice. This gives the egg whites time to incorporate with the ingredients that have been muddled.
