Raspberry, Date and Elderberry Compound Butter

  1. Place dates, maple syrup and raspberries into the mixer until it forms a paste.
  2. Add softened unsalted butter and blend until all incorporated. 
  3. Place the compound butter on Saran Wrap and wrap into a log. Put it in the freezer until firm enough to hold its shape. 
  4. Cut it into thin rounds and serve with waffles, pancakes, etc.
