For serving:

  • Drizzle of maple syrup
  • Fresh thyme
  • Crostini or crackers of choice


For the jam: Rinse and strain the blueberries.

Combine the blueberries, maple syrup, and lemon juice in a medium saucepan, bringing them to a boil over medium heat. Use a potato masher or spatula to lightly crush the blueberries.

Reduce the heat to a simmer and cook the mixture for about 30 minutes.

For the brie: Preheat your oven to 400 °F.

Slice the brie horizontally and vertically to create small cubes on top, being careful not to cut through the bottom.

Spread the blueberry jam over the top of the brie and bake for 15-20 minutes. Allow the brie to sit for a few minutes before serving.

Drizzle with maple syrup, garnish with additional blueberries, and serve with crostini or crackers!
