Can be used alone or as an ingredient in a glaze with mustard , apple cider vinegar & your favourite spices. Give it a try, you won’t be disappointed !

I bought a variety of different maple syrup products from Wabanaki Maple, most to give as gifts. We opened the barrel aged whiskey syrup and have been enjoying it in salad dressing and right off a spoon. It is really delicious with hints of whiskey that add complexity but do not overwhelm the flavour. It's amazing! Thank you so much for your wonderful products!
