Citrus Fizz Mocktail with Bourbon Infused Maple Syrup

Ingredients:

1 egg white

1/2 oz Bourbon Barrel Aged maple syrup

Splash of grenadine

1 oz lemon juice

2 oz orange Juice

Method:

1. Add to a shaker and use a hand frother to froth the ingredients with the egg white. 
2. Add ice and shake!
3. Strain into a tall glass and top with soda water.
