Maple Strawberry Lemonade using Wabanaki Maple, 100% Indigenous, female owned maple syrup

Maple Strawberry Lemondade

  • 1.25 Ib strawberries
  • 2-3 lemons washed and quartered 
  • 1/2 Cup Wabanaki Maple Syrup (we recommend the Whiskey Aged!)
  • 1/4 Cup organic sugar (optional, only if people like their drinks a little sweeter)
  • 6 cups still or seltzer water
  • Ice
  • Sliced Strawberries and lemons
  • Mint leaves (optional)
  • Blend the strawberries with the maple syrup and 1 cup of water then place blended strawberry mix in a pitcher.
  • In the same blender (no need to wash or rinse) blend the quartered lemons with the 1-2 cups of water
  • Strain the lemon mix into the pitcher, mix well and add the rest of the water. Taste and add organic sugar if desired
