Maple Dijon Pulled Chicken - Slow Cooker
Ingredients
- ¼ cup Honey Dijon
- ¼ cup Wabanaki Maple Bourbon Barrel Aged Maple Syrup
- 1 tbsp Lemon Juice
- 1 tsp Lime Juice
- Pepper
- 1 Sliced Onion
- 5 Chopped Fresh Dill Weed
- 6 Chicken Thighs
Instructions
- Slice one onion & set aside
- In your crock pot bowl, add honey dijon and bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup and mix until ingredients are combined
- Add lemon juice and lime juice, then mix until ingredients are combined
- Add grounded pepper, then take your 6 chicken thighs and add them to the mixed sauce
- Coat the chicken fully in the sauce you’ve just created
- Add your sliced onions to the top of your chicken
- Chop 5 pieces of dill and lay them on top of all other ingredients
- Turn Crockpot on high and leave for 4-6 hours
