Maple Dijon Pulled Chicken - Slow Cooker



  1. Slice one onion & set aside 
  2. In your crock pot bowl, add honey dijon and bourbon barrel-aged maple syrup and mix until ingredients are combined
  3. Add lemon juice and lime juice, then mix until ingredients are combined
  4. Add grounded pepper, then take your 6 chicken thighs and add them to the mixed sauce
  5. Coat the chicken fully in the sauce you’ve just created 
  6. Add your sliced onions to the top of your chicken
  7. Chop 5 pieces of dill and lay them on top of all other ingredients
  8. Turn Crockpot on high and leave for 4-6 hours
