Air Fryer Whisky Maple Garlic Steak Bites, with Maple Mustard Dipping Sauce
Ingredients
Marinade:
- 1 pound New York steak or sirloin steak cut into one inch cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- ½ teaspoon salt
- ¼ teaspoon pepper
- 1 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon cayenne
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 tablespoon Wabanaki Barrel Aged Whisky Maple Syrup
- 3 cloves garlic minced
Maple Mustard Dipping Sauce:
- 4 tablespoons Dijon Mustard
- 2 tablespoons Wabanaki Barrel Aged Whisky Maple Syrup
Instructions:
- In medium sized bowl, add the steak bites, olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne, paprika, maple syrup and garlic. Toss, then add to the basket of the air fryer.
- Cook at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Mix the Dijon and maple syrup for dipping.
