Air Fryer Whisky Maple Garlic Steak Bites, with Maple Mustard Dipping Sauce



  • 1 pound New York steak or sirloin steak cut into one inch cubes
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon cayenne
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 tablespoon Wabanaki Barrel Aged Whisky Maple Syrup
  • 3 cloves garlic minced

Maple Mustard Dipping Sauce:


  • In medium sized bowl, add the steak bites, olive oil, salt, pepper, cumin, cayenne, paprika, maple syrup and garlic. Toss, then add to the basket of the air fryer.
  • Cook at 400 degrees for 10-12 minutes. Mix the Dijon and maple syrup for dipping.
